To access the Avails Import, users can either click on the module title directly from the main page or navigate to the Reports module and select Avails Import from the list of available options. This article will cover the various elements to explore on the Avails Import age:
Once a user clicks into the module, they will be sent to the Avails Import reports page. On this page, they see all of their retailer avails that have been uploaded to Storefront.
Filtering Avails Import
At the top of the Avails Import reports page is a search bar that allows a user to filter further into the imports based on the 4 columns displayed in the table.
- File - The file's specific name or values in its name
- Provider - The name of the organization providing the file.
- By default, users will only see their organization as the Provider.
- Retailer - The platform the data should be delivered to.
- Imported - Date the file was delivered
The same columns that correspond to these filters can also be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on them.
Downloading Avail
To download a file, click on the blue link, and the file will download directly to the user's machine.
Other Download Options
If a client has platform delivery as part of their services, both the transformed file and the original file will be available for download. To access a transformed file, users will navigate to the three ellipses on the right-hand side:
Once a user clicks on the ellipsis a pop-up window will appear that, depending on the avail, the user will see specific options to download:
Delivery Monitoring
For specific deliveries, the user may see other elements, adjacent to the file name allows the user to track the status of the delivery via the tile on the left-hand side:
- For Amazon, the status of the delivery and if it was edited.
- For Google, if the delivery was edited.
- For all deliveries, the user may explore notifications for when they complete along with other reporting if they have the necessary permissions to create them or another user creates the necessary notifications to monitor imported Avails.
View Reports
To access the Avail Import Error report, users will navigate to the "VIEW REPORT" column on the right-hand side and click the blue arrow, which will download the report to the user's machine.

Additional Options
Depending on the user's permissions, they will see the following three options in the upper-right of the Avails Import reports page:
- Notifications
- Delta Checks
Notifications
This option allows users to configure and manage notification rules related to Avails imports.
To access and manage the avails import notifications, users must click the blue "Notifications" link on the upper right-hand side:
Once clicked, a new window will appear showing the current notification rules.
To manage/create rules for notifications to go out, users will click the blue "Manage Rules" in the upper right-hand corner:

Delta Checks
This page outlines all iTunes EMA files and their associated Delta Checks status.
To access and manage Delta Checks, users will click the blue "Delta Checks" link on the upper right-hand side:
Once the Delta Checks link is clicked, a new window will appear displaying all relevant iTunes EMA entries along with the current status of each Delta Check.
To manage or create rules for Delta Checks, click the blue Manage Rules button located in the upper right-hand corner of the window. From here, users can add new Delta Check rules or edit existing ones.
