More specifically, provider exceptions are errors or discrepancies between what offers appear live on a retailer’s store and what a provider has avail’d.
The provider exceptions view is an invaluable tool allowing users to have the most up to date information on any given title to ensure accuracy across retail stores against provider avails data.
Provider exceptions include:
- Avail'd - Not Live - Offers that should currently be live on retail stores per the provider avail, but are not.
- Incorrect Rating - Offers with ratings on retail stores that do not match the provider avail rating.
- Live - Not Avail'd - Offers that should not currently be live on retail stores per the provider avail, but are.
- Price Mismatch - Offers with pricing that does not match the provider avails pricing.
