Some modules have filters that are only specific to that module. This article covers the filter options specific to the Updates History module.
Organized by the filter categories displayed above, this article will discuss the following categories:
From top to bottom, "Batch Name" allows the user to filter any of the tabs (Batches, Batch items, Pending batches) by the batch's name or similar values. i.e., "Test" will provide any Batch with the value "Test" in it. It is not case-sensitive.
Title

Grouped Titles - When utilized, this represents the collection of identifiers under a specific title. (i.e., "SF The Movie" on Google Play and iTunes).
- The user may either type the title in quotes for a specific title or without quotes to gather any title with the same values.

Ungrouped Titles - When utilized, this separates the identifiers that represent a specific title. (i.e., "SF The Movie" specifically on iTunes)
- Different identifiers may represent different territories that should be listed differently on store. (i.e., an identifier for a Platform's regional variant of their site that also contains different language data.)

TV Season Number - Identifying a specific season number in delivery data.

TV Episode Number - Identifying a specific episode number in delivery data.
Who
Although the filter drop-down is visible, access to its options is restricted to users with elevated permissions.
Availability

Live Status - Filtering for titles/territories that are not live on store.

Content Type - Selecting between the two available types of programming Storefront can deliver to platform.

Sale Type - Batch items that target specific sales offer types. (e.g., VOD - Video On Demand)

Format - With sale types in mind, the format the program is sold as.

USD price group - Identifies batches and their corresponding items that fall within a specified price group. If the territory operates with a currency other than USD, it converts the currency value accordingly.

USD price - Similar to the USD Price Group filter, but allows the user to specify exact minimum (on the left) and maximum (on the right) price values.

Live for pre-order - Enables users to identify deliveries for titles/territories that are currently within their pre-order window.
Location

Region - Allows for the user to select from a group of regions, as a collection of territories, around the world along with regions they've created.

Territory - Allows the user to select from a list, or enter, a specific territory.
- If a selected territory is referred to by a different name on the platform, Storefront automatically adjusts the name accordingly in the delivery.
Updates

Batch item type
Select one of the two batch types among Updates and Exception fixes. -
Sender
Search by an operator's name in the specific organization that sent an update.
Note: Only an administrator can search for anyone in their organization. This feature can be turned on for an operator, if needed. -
Batch Status
Here, users can investigate a batch status by the following three options:
(Note: Users can select to view all batch statuses by choosing, Select all.)- Draft - Batch created but not sent
- Generating - Batch is being readied to be sent
- Pending - Batch in the queue to start delivery transfer
- Sent - Batch delivery is complete

Item Status
Users can confirm where in the workflow each title is located by the following item status:
(Note: Users can select to view all title item statuses by choosing, Select all.)
- Delivering - Title item in transit for delivery
- Error - Title item failed to deliver.

- Faked - Title item has attempted to deliver but failed for automation updates.
- Pending - Title item in the queue to start delivery
- Success - Title item has been delivered
- Success/Unverified - Delivery of title item is yet to be confirmed

Date update takes place
Users can filter within a timeframe for when their update is scheduled to take place. This filter will look at the dates included within the update a batch modification was sent. -

Users can narrow down their search for the delivery date of an update. -
Updates includes
Here, users have the ability to filter by what fields were included in their update. These updates include Pricing, EST, VOD, Other, and Develop.
Other

Updates 1.0 genre - Enables the user to filter delivers for titles that match the selected genre.

Updates 1.0 rating - Enables the user to filter by programs with a specific rating that is set by that territory.

Language - Enables the user to select from languages associated with a delivery.

Box office group - Allows the user to gather titles that fall within a certain Box Office sales range.

Box office (min/max) - Allows the user to set the minimum and maximum box office sales range.

Release year (min/max) - Allows the user to set the minimum and maximum release year of the title(s) they desire.
