Some modules have filters that are only specific to that module. This article covers the filters specific to the Updates History module.
To use these helpful filters which are only available on this page, go to the Updates, drop-down menu:
- Batch name
- Sender
- Batch status
- Item status
- Date update takes place
- Date update was sent
- Update includes
- Error group
The following is information of every filter function available under Updates:
1. Batch name
Search by custom-named batch to view results for a specific batch.
2. Sender
Search by an operator's name in the specific organization that sent an update.
Note: Only an administrator can search for anyone in their organization. This feature can be turned on for an operator, if needed.
3. Batch Status
Here users can investigate a batch status by the following three options:
- Draft - Batch created but not sent
- Pending - Batch in the queue to start delivery transfer
- Sent - Batch delivery is complete
Note: Users can select to view all batch statuses by choosing, Select all.
4. Item Status
Users can confirm where in the workflow each title is located by the following item status:
- Delivering - Title item in transit for delivery
- Error - Title item failed to deliver
- Pending - Title item in the queue to start delivery
- Success - Title item has been delivered
Note: Users can select to view all title item statuses by choosing, Select all.
5. Date update takes place
Here users can filter within a timeframe for when their update is scheduled to take place. This filter will look at the dates included within the update. a batch modification was sent.
6. Date update was sent
Users can narrow down their search for the delivery date of an update.
7. Updates includes
Here users have the ability to filter by what fields were included in their update. For more information on those fields, click here.
8. Error group
Use this filter to view errors and exceptions. Choose a specific reason an update failed.
Note: Users can select to view all error groups by choosing, Select all.
