Exception Types

  • Updated

Every time a client's EMA Avail is ingested into Storefront, the system will generate exceptions based off the data that is collected directly from the retailer's storefront.

Once ingest is completed, the Exceptions Reports will be available for the user to review what retailer exceptions were generated.

There are 4 main exceptions types that a client can sign up for:

  • ANL (Avail'd Not Live) - An offer for a specific title is avail'd via the EMA, but the offer is NOT live on store.
  • LNA (Live Not Avail'd) - An offer for a specific title is NOT avail'd via the EMA, but the offer is LIVE on store.
  • PMM (Price Mismatch) - Price on store does not match the Price provided via the EMA.
  • RMM (Rating Mismatch) - Rating on store does not match the rating provided via the EMA.
